We charge flat rate pricing which means that the fee will be based on the level of difficulty of the repair. The service call is included with the repair - not above and beyond. We price our repairs lower than or at the national average. Our minimum charge is $75.

What guarantee do you provide with the repair?

All parts are guaranteed for one year from the date of installation. We guarantee our labor for a minimum of thirty days.

How often should I clean my ice machine?

They should be cleaned at least once a year, twice is preferable.

Why should I clean my ice machine?

To prevent bacteria, mold and mildew.

How often should I vacuum out my dryer and vents?

Once a year is the standard.

How often should I clean my refrigerator and ice maker condensers?

Twice a year is the minimum. If you have pets, four times a year - pet hair can build up rapidly.

Why does my dryer take so long to dry a load of clothes?

Check your vent - improper venting or collapsed dryer vents will create long dry times.
